Copy and paste the text for the body of your web page and over write this text. Use a Verdana 10 pt font which is the default setting as this font has been specifically made for computer screens and it displays on users screens better than any other font.
This lined box is called a table and it has two cells inside it, one on the left and one on the right, both the same size, and is designed to keep the text inside it away from the left hand edge of your web page which will make your web site easier to read.
This table is 874 pixels wide and is centered on the web page. If you want to change the settings or properties of this table, click the mouse inside the table and right mouse click and select Table on the bottom of the menu, then select Properties on the other menu that pops up. If you want to change the table width, click on the Table tab at the top, then under General change the Width value. Do not make it wider than 876 otherwise your web page will be wider than your menu and it will look weird.
You don't need to change the Height value unless you are going to copy less than 5 or 6 lines of text into it. The table will grow or stretch as you copy text into it, or upload and insert an image into it.
